This eye relaxation cushion helps you to relax during your moments to deepen your relaxation.
How to use it? Simply lie down, place it on your closed eyes, and relax thanks to the cushion which will activate the acupuncture points around the eyes thanks to its specific weight.
The cushion can also be applied hot or cold, depending on needs:
Cold application: place the mask in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in a clean cloth. Then apply it to your eyes: a real anti-puffiness and anti-dark circle treatment.
In hot application: Warm the mask in the oven for a few minutes, test its temperature on your forearm before applying it to your eyes. It effectively relieves dry eyes by thinning the secretions contained in the lacrimal glands (located at the base of the eyelids, near the eyelashes).
THEcushion can also be used to massage the neck and shoulders, for deeper relaxation and the discovery of a new form of massage. You will need a person to use it on you. The person will simply have to roll the cushion under their fingers and hands on your neck, shoulders, arms and any part of the body you wish.

Il faut s'y habituer car cela ne mousse pas autant que quand l'intérieur est rempli de plastique. On s'y fait très vite et on a la satisfaction d'utiliser une VRAIE éponge écologique car compostable en fin de vie. Je l'utilise frottée contre un pain de savon de Marseille, c'est top pour dégraisser la vaisselle 👍🏻
